Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Is Confirmed After Review

WERDLI reviews each order request before payment. Shipping availability, carrier options, charges, and expected timing are confirmed during that review.

2. Shipping Charges

Charges may vary based on destination, package size and weight, carrier, service level, and fulfillment requirements. The applicable shipping amount is communicated before payment.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates unless WERDLI expressly states otherwise in writing. Carrier delays, weather, address issues, peak periods, or other events outside our control may affect delivery.

4. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact WERDLI promptly if you discover an error. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

5. Tracking

Tracking information may be provided when available. Carrier tracking events can take time to update.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, retain packaging and contact WERDLI promptly with order details and photographs where possible. If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, check the delivery area and contact the carrier and WERDLI.

7. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or another customer-related delivery issue.
